THE OPPORTUNITY
This opportunity is with a supportive accounting firm, located in the South-West of Brisbane! With a long-standing history in the industry, our clients are experts in providing various services to their broad portfolio of clients.
Due to organic growth, this firm are looking to grow their admin team and are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their organisation and support their team of accountants! This is the perfect opportunity to utilise your experience and to demonstrate your love for accounting administration whilst having strong support to progress your career & skillset.

YOUR ROLE
- Preparation and collation of documents
- Following up and liaising with clients regarding deadlines and information
- Attending to client enquiries on behalf of accountants
- Managing workflow and prioritisation of tasks
- Management of database
- General ad hoc administrative tasks e.g., scanning/filing documents, answering phones, greeting visitors, etc.
- Communicating with the ATO when required
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a Public Practice Accounting firm or in a professional service environment. Additionally, you will be:
- Experience utilising accounting software, e.g. MYOB and/or Xero
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capacity to work proactively with a team and autonomously
- Ability to meet deadlines and portray excellent organisation skills
