Job description

About the Role:
This role is a varied one which you will enjoy as it will keep you both busy and provide varied tasks. From greeting clients to providing support to a team of accountants, your role will include:
  • Liaising directly with clients on behalf of accountants
  • Preparation of documents on behalf of accountants
  • Liaising with the ATO and undertaking tasks as required
  • Liaising with ASIC and update company changes on behalf of clients
  • Updating database
  • Managing appointments on behalf of accountants
  • Adhoc administrative tasks as required
  
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will have the following:
  • Experience working in a public practice accounting firm
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to be hands on and enjoy being part of an exciting start up
