What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted business advisor
- Reviewing and finalizing tax returns and financial statements (individuals, companies, trusts, SMSFs)
- Overseeing BAS preparation and lodgment
- Providing strategic advice around business structures, performance, and planning
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and business improvement projects
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- CA or CPA qualified
- WFH 2 days per week
- Solid experience in business services/public practice accounting
- Proven ability to manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation
- Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
