Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Manager (or Senior/Supervisor wanting to step up) to join their successful team. 

The Opportunity:

This opportunity would suit an experienced manager looking to step up and lead a team of advisors as well as manage, maintain and grow client relationships. You will also be responsible for the below responsibilities: 

• Prepare business advice and/or review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses 

• Ensure jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines, within budget Achieve budgeted chargeable hours, fee targets and profitability of the work for themselves and their team 

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant regulatory requirements 

• Manage, coordinate and delegate client work to team members with an appropriate level of capability to ensure team targets are met 

The Ideal Candidate:

• A motivated, proactive and approachable person who has proven client management experience within an accounting firm 

• Experience with leading and reviewing the work of accountants is highly favourable   

• You must also be CA or CPA qualified 

• Degree qualified  

• 4-5 years accounting experience
