Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients across diverse industries
- Deliver strategic tax and business advisory services, including structuring and tax planning
- Review and oversee work prepared by junior and intermediate team members
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven advice
- Collaborate with senior leadership on client strategy and business development initiatives
- Contribute to team development through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing
About You
You are a confident and commercially minded advisor with:
- CA or CPA qualification
- 8+ years’ experience in public practice
- Strong technical expertise across tax and business advisory
- Proven leadership and mentoring capability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with strong alignment to values such as honesty, transparency, and balance
