The Opportunity
Due to significant growth, this role will see you step straight into the business, working autonomously with new clients, leading a team, and assisting with practice management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily from the construction and professional services sectors.
• New Client Management: Be the primary contact for most new clients entering the firm, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accountants, overseeing workflow, reviewing work, and providing technical training.
• Practice Management: Contribute to marketing initiatives, staff development, and operational strategy.
• Business Development: Manage new client leads and actively grow your fee base, supported by a well-established and proactive team.

About You
You’re an experienced accounting professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding role where you can lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.

Key Attributes & Experience:

• Proven management experience within an accounting firm.
• Experience in reviewing tax compliance and providing client advisory services.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• A social, approachable, and positive personality that aligns with the firm’s culture.
• Australian experience in a client-facing role.
• A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for leadership and client success.
