The Company:
Due to rapid growth, an excellent opportunity is available for an Associate Adviser / Adviser to join a financial planning team who provide one of Australia's most comprehensive financial planning services.

Based in Brisbane's north, this firm offers their services to a variety of clients, from individuals to high net wealth clients, identifying and fulfilling their needs to exceed all expectations. There is a great team with a fantastic office culture, with regular social activities.

This is a perfect opportunity for Associate Advisers or Financial Advisers who are motivated and driven in developing a career within financial planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Client facing role, servicing new and existing clients
  • Develop, maintain and grow your client base
  • Follow up new business leads and onboard new clients
  • Deliver comprehensive advice solutions, both basic and complex
  • Complete paraplanning duties, including writing SOA documents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Mentoring and support from a team of experienced financial advisers
  • Be able to perform a variety of roles/duties
About You:
  • Registered with ASIC
  • Passed FASEA exam
  • Completed or working towards FASEA educational requirements
  • Experience with XPLAN is desirable
  • Able to run client meetings and present advice; excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in an Associate / Adviser position
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about financial planning

Salary is dependant on experience ranging from $80k to $95k + super.
