About the role
Join a fast-growing independent financial planning firm as an Associate Adviser. Work closely with Advisers, assist with strategies, attend client meetings, and support the delivery of exceptional advice. This role is client-facing with strong development opportunities toward becoming a Financial Adviser.

• Assist Advisers with strategic, comprehensive advice
• Manage implementation work including applications and lodgements
• Oversee paraplanning requests and project timelines
• Prepare advice documentation (SOAs, ROAs) and review materials
• Support client meetings and maintain strong client relationships

Skills & Experience

• Degree-qualified, working toward a Financial Adviser role
• 2+ years experience as a CSM, Paraplanner, or Associate Adviser in financial planning
• Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Xplan experience valued but not essential
