This is a unique opportunity to join an well established, and well respected Wealth Management firm located in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. This highly successful and professional firm have developed an outstanding service catering to their clients wealth needs. They focus on creating strong relationships with their clients through providing a hands on approach. My client focusses on investment advice for a client base made up of HNW and UHNW clients.

About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Dealers Assistant or Adviser Assistant to support advisers, clients, open and maintain accounts, prepare documentation, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. There is the opportunity to progress your career and complete your PY.

Duties:

  • Provide support to advisers and clients in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with preparation and distribution of quarterly reports as required

  • Prepare documents and manage implementation from start to finish

  • Assist with IPO's and Share Purchase Plans (SPPs)

  • Liaise with share registries regarding account management & CHESS transfers

Skills & experience:

  • Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role within Financial Services

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
