About the Role:

What You’ll Bring:

Degree qualified
Completed or part-way through CA/CPA studies
At least 2-3 years of experience in Tax or Business Services within an accounting firm
A keen desire to move into commercial accounting
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with high attention to detail

Exposure to some commercial duties:

Month-end and year-end duties
Debtors and banking reconciliations
Monthly BAS preparation
Budgeting and cash flow management
Investment reporting
Liaising with external accountants on compliance matters.

Tax Compliance:

Tax Compliance: Prepare and file individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. Ensure all filings meet regulatory requirements.
Tax Research & Analysis: Conduct research on complex tax issues, staying up to date with new tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.
