Accountant - Manager

About the role:

Manage a quality portfolio of SME clients while contributing to team leadership and firm strategy. Work closely with the Director and oversee both onshore and offshore workflow.
  • Manage SME clients with turnovers from $1M to $50M
  • Review work completed by the offshore team
  • Support and guide the local team
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Oversee workflow and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Director on strategic planning and growth

Skills & Experience:
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Proven ability to lead teams within public practice
  • Experienced in managing complex client portfolios
  • Confident in mentoring, reviewing, and developing staff
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills
