Role Overview:

You’ll join a close-knit Business Services and Tax team working across a diverse portfolio of clients, including primary production, manufacturing and construction. This role offers strong mentoring from senior staff, exposure to interesting client work, and flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

• Prepare tax returns, BAS, and financial statements for varied clients
• Assist with tax planning and business advisory work
• Liaise directly with clients and support Partners on complex matters
• Use Xero, XPM, FYI and BGL360 daily
• Participate in monthly training sessions and team development activities

Skills & Experience:

• Public practice experience in tax and business services
• CA/CPA qualified or currently completing
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Familiarity with Xero-based systems preferred
• Team-focused with a proactive attitude
