About the Role:

Join a growing professional services firm and assist in the leadership and management of the Business Services team. Work closely with senior leaders to manage client relationships, deliver compliance and advisory services, and support business growth.

• Support leadership in managing and mentoring the team
• Manage and maintain client relationships
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Review financial reports for accuracy and compliance
• Provide advice across compliance, tax, and advisory matters
• Analyse financial data for trends and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to process improvements and best practice

Skills & Experience:

• CPA or CA qualified (or willing to undertake)
• Degree in Business or Commerce (Accounting major)
• Experience in Business Services and Taxation
• Skilled in Xero and other accounting software
• Strong client management and communication skills
