About the opportunity We’re partnering with a highly respected, self-licensed financial services firm with 30+ years of success, and they’re looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their tight-knit Financial Planning team Based in Brisbane's north west. You’ll be a vital part of a high-performing team where your insights, ideas, and input will shape not just advice, but processes, compliance, and workflows. About the company This firm has built a reputation on relationships with some clients being with them for decades. The Financial Planning team is a close-knit group within a larger business of 20+ professionals across Accounting and Financial Broking divisions. About the role In this role, you’ll work closely with the Financial Adviser and support staff to provide high-level, compliant, and strategic paraplanning support. This is not a client-facing role, but one where your technical skills, strategic thinking, and process improvement experience will come into use. Key responsibilities: Preparing high-quality SOAs and ROAs for complex and varied clients Contributing to compliance review and quality control Helping design and improve internal workflows and systems Working closely with the adviser to deliver holistic, strategic advice Playing a key role in a small, collaborative team with autonomy to innovate Staying current with evolving tech What We’re Looking For Extensive paraplanning experience (senior-level preferred) Strong technical knowledge across insurance and wealth accumulation Tech-savvy, agile, and comfortable suggesting better ways of doing things Confident, collaborative, and excited to take ownership of your work How to Apply Click APPLY, or send your resume through to Scott Munro at scott@bentleyrecruitment.com.au. About the company: Our client is a holistic financial planning firm with a handful of office locations throughout Queensland. They are going through a big period of growth and are looking to expand their Brisbane team through hiring a senior paraplanner. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced paraplanner that is looking to develop their career within a dynamic and growing business. Growing practice with room for career development Work closely with advisers and other paraplanners Excellent remuneration on offer - up to $110k + Super Tasks and Responsibilities: Write high quality SOA and ROA documents for holistic advice scenarios Complete research and modelling for plans Ensure documents meet all compliance requirements Liaise with financial advisers and admin support Work towards KPI's and productivity targets About you: 3+ years of paraplanning experience Experience writing SOA's for holistic advice scenarios including insurance Strong understanding of financial planning compliance and regulations Xplan and Xtools+ experience Good productivity, time management and communication skills Salary is flexible depending on experience, up to $110,000 + Super.
