The Role This a varied role which is primarily responsible for creating a positive first impression – you will be the face of the firm! Your duties will extend to assisting the administration team as well so your day will be varied. This role is key to ensuring that the firm runs smoothly. Your duties will include: Meeting and greeting clients Scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings Assisting clients with general queries Providing general administrative support to the team Invoicing and payments Assisting with the preparation of documents Assisting with the preparation of correspondence Providing adhoc support as required About You Ideally you will have previous experience in administrative/reception based role. You will be personable and love creating a strong first impression! You are open to learning, have a "can do" attitude and are willing to work collaboratively to ensure the firm's objectives are met.
