About the Firm
Our client is a progressive and high-performing CA firm, known for delivering quality compliance and advisory services to clients across diverse industries. With a proven growth trajectory (25% increase over the past year), they’re looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join their leadership team and play a key role in their continued expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a senior leadership role within a firm that values innovation and client success. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your portfolio, lead a talented team, and influence the strategic direction of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse range of clients, including those in the construction and professional services sectors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic guidance.
New Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for most new clients, nurturing relationships from the outset and driving client satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of accountants, providing technical training, performance feedback, and career mentorship.
Practice Management: Contribute to the firm’s operational strategy, staff development, and marketing initiatives, helping to shape the future of the business.
Business Development: Take an active role in growing your fee base, managing leads, and strengthening client relationships, supported by a proactive and collaborative team.
About You
You’re an experienced accounting professional with the drive to lead, influence, and grow within a firm that’s committed to long-term success.
Key Attributes & Experience:
Management experience within an accounting firm, ideally at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level.
Expertise in tax compliance, financial reporting, and client advisory services.
CA or CPA qualification.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Australian experience in a client-facing role.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for client success and firm growth.
