They have a strong focus on work/life balance and ensure that staff are able to grow and achieve their desired career goals. Due to growth, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Tax & Business Services team in the Cairns office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare tax returns and financial statements for clients across a range of industries
Complete BAS/IAS
Calculate various tax including Div. 7a, CGT, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax etc.
Research and draft tax planning advice
Assist clients with accounting software solutions
Support Partners and Managers with high level advisory and ad hoc business projects
About You:
CA/CPA qualified (or willing to undertake)
Ideally 4+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
Professional, confident and driven personality
