The Role
A unique and varied role which will provide immense career satisfaction for the right candidate. You will be working to lead a team of Bookkeepers and grow a division focussing on Agricultural clients. You will love strong systems, processes and be passionate about providing optimal client service. You will:
  

• Manage a small team of bookkeepers
• Build strong client relationships
• Provide management accounting/high level bookkeeping services to clients
• Manage workflow for the division
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities
• Manage compliance of division
• Manage resourcing across the division
• Manage the KPI process across the team
• Work closely with management to provide regular updates and reports

  
  
About You
It is essential that you have experience working in either a public practice accounting or bookkeeping firm.  You will also have:
  

• Experience using Figured
• Experience using Xero
• A collaborative approach to your work
• Drive to achieve continued success
• A people focussed and approachable manner
• Ability to prioritise tasks and enjoy variety in your working day
• Commitment to a long-term future
• BAS Agent Registration
• Cert IV qualifications as minimum
