The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work across a variety of entities
- Manage a portfolio of SME, family business and high-net-worth clients
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants
- Assist with workflow management and team supervision
- Build trusted client relationships and provide proactive business advice
- Work closely with senior leadership on complex advisory engagements
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and internal processes
About You
- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- Previous experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
- Strong technical tax and business services knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Motivated to take ownership and continue progressing your career
