We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding accounting firm seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing Springwood team.

The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Director while being part of a firm undergoing significant growth through recent acquisitions.

What’s on Offer

• Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + super (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Flexible working arrangements – hybrid model available
• Option to work 1–2 days in the office fortnight

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
• Provide tax planning and business advisory services
• Liaise directly with clients and build strong relationships
• Work closely with the Director on workflow and client strategy
• Mentor and support junior team members

Note: This role is focused purely on Tax & Business Services (no SMSF work).

About the Firm

• Rapidly growing firm following recent acquisitions
• Expanding from 70 to 110 staff and 9 to 11 partners
• Springwood office growing from 15 to 25 staff
• Collaborative team environment with strong leadership support

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in Public Practice (AU)
• Strong technical skills in Tax & Business Services
• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
