Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow, team performance, and client relationships
- Lead client review and advisory meetings (no hands-on compliance)
- Provide strategic advice on business structuring and small business concessions
- Collaborate with the financial planning team on year-end and interim client meetings
- Oversee a team of 5 onshore staff and 3 offshore accountants
- Proven experience in a Business Advisory or Client Manager role within public practice
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Experience advising SME clients and high-net-worth individuals and ideally some SMSF exposure
- Solid understanding of business structuring and tax planning strategies
- Leadership experience managing teams and workflow
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- 85% business clients
- Medical professionals with turnovers circa $5M
- High-net-worth executives
