Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Business Advisory service offering
• Deliver high-level tax, strategic and commercial advisory to clients
• Build and maintain strong referral networks and client relationships
• Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing Accounting & Advisory team
• Review complex engagements ensuring high technical and service standards
• Drive new business and contribute to firm growth strategy
• Support internal improvement, systems development and leadership initiatives

The Successful Candidate Will Bring:

• Strong public practice experience with an advisory focus
• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
• Proven ability to deliver strategic business and tax advice
• Leadership experience managing senior accountants or teams
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing capability
