Senior CSO/Associate

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Services Officer or Associate to join a leading wealth management firm based in Brisbane CBD. You will work closely with a team of advisers across investment and holistic advice, playing a key role in both client-facing and technical support functions.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in a senior CSO capacity and is keen to be more involved in a client advisory support role, including attending client meetings and contributing to strategy discussions. There is also a clear pathway towards PY for those looking to progress to an adviser.

  • Attending client meetings alongside advisers and supporting advice discussions 

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial strategies

  • Preparing and managing advice documentation and implementation workflows

  • Coordinating and booking client meetings across the adviser team

  • Providing end-to-end client service and administrative support

  • Supporting advisers across investment and holistic financial planning advice

Skills & experience

  • Strong experience in a CSO or Associate role within financial planning (essential)

  • Exposure to client meetings or willingness to step into a client-facing capacity

  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and advice implementation

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
