Senior Client Services Manager

Job description

About the role
This role is well suited to an experienced Client Services Officer who’s ready to step up. As Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll work closely with advisers and paraplanners to keep advice delivery running smoothly and clients well looked after.

You’ll take ownership of workflows, advice implementation and ongoing client management, giving you strong exposure to the full advice process. It’s a role that builds technical confidence, commercial awareness and responsibility, ideal for someone looking to progress into paraplanning, a PY pathway, or a senior support role longer term.

You’ll be part of a structured, team-based environment that values initiative, reliability and people who want to build a career in advice rather than just hold a role.
  • Manage client service delivery from review prep through to implementation
  • Coordinate workflows, follow-ups and deadlines across advice projects
  • Work closely with advisers on holistic and complex client matters
  • Maintain accurate client records and compliance processes in Xplan
  • Support team standards and contribute to continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will bring:
  • Experience as a Client Services Manager in financial planning
  • Strong working knowledge of Xplan and advice workflows
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications are advantageous
  • Exposure to holistic advice and complex client structures
  • Clear communication, organisation and attention to detail
  Benefits
  • Discretionary bonus linked to performance KPIs
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Strong career progression into paraplanning or PY roles
  • Ongoing training, development and education support
