The Opportunity

Due to the firm’s continual growth a rare opportunity exists for a Senior Tax and Business services accountant to join their growing team. Your duties will include:

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals
Tax research and assisting with providing client advice including tax planning, tax minimization strategies etc.
Servicing a range of clients from different industries including finance, manufacturing, hospitality and SMEs
Performing complex tax work including Div.7a, FBT and CGT
Ensuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines

About You

At least 4-6 years’ experience as a public practice accountant
Experience using MYOB AE and Xero
Must be CA or CPA Qualified
Must be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with clients
Experience using timesheets
