The Opportunity

In this role, you will take ownership of a the compliance for a diverse portfolio while playing a key part in mentoring junior team members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a broad portfolio of tax compliance work end-to-end
• Reviewing work completed by junior accountants and providing constructive, practical feedback
• Supporting the development of junior staff through training and mentorship
• Contributing to workflow management and overall team performance

As the firm continues to grow, you will have a clearly defined pathway to step into a Manager position, with increased responsibility across client delivery and team leadership

What You Bring

• Strong ability to manage client work independently from start to finish
• Confidence in reviewing and improving the work of junior staff
• A proactive approach to mentoring and team development
• The ability to balance technical accuracy with practical, commercial client solutions

Experience & Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified (or currently in progress)
• Previous experience reviewing work or taking on informal leadership responsibilities
• Mandarin language skills (highly regarded)
