About the Role

Lead your own SME client portfolio in a hands-on Tax & Business Services team. Deliver high-level advisory insights, shape client outcomes, and guide junior staff. Direct Partner access ensures your ideas influence real business decisions.

• Own end-to-end client accounting and tax compliance
• Provide actionable business advisory and tax planning advice
• Review, coach, and mentor junior team members
• Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value

About You

• Experience in Australian public practice accounting
• CA/CPA qualified or willing to undertake
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
