Practice Manager

About The Firm
Based on Brisbane's inner North, this firm has enjoyed a great deal of success within their chosen field.  They are currently seeking a new Practice Manager to join them. This firm takes a collaborative approach to the way they work and are looking for a like minded professional to join them. 

About The Role
This is a role which is busy, varied and allows autonomy.  Your previous practice management skills will be highly regarded as will your ability to undertake tasks to help improve, promote and grow the business. Your core duties will be varied and will include undertaking the following:

- Manage workflow capacity
- Manage job allocations
- Manage staffing
- Financial reporting for firm including billing, WIP and staff budgets
- Manage software and IT issues for the firm (out source where necessary)
- HR duties including recruitment & assisting with annual performance reviews
- Point of contact for operational queries
- Coordination of staff functions

In addition to these core tasks, you will be responsible for:

- Providing assistance and support to the team
- Being an integral part of maintaining a collaborative team
- Implement new processes and procedures
- Work closely with the Directors to reach organisational goals

About You
You will come from a background in public practice accounting firms and be someone who enjoys working with a strong team focus. You will also have a passion for ensuring clients receive exceptional service through every level of interaction with the firm. You will ideally have the following:

- Experience managing staff and workflow
- Experience working with MYOB AE (not necessary but preferred)
- A passion for increasing client base
- A passion for working with a team to meet overall set targets
- Genuine desire to be part of a collaborative team
