Remote Manager - Business Advisory & Tax
$150,000 + super

Duties & Responsibilities

Act as 2IC in the pod, supporting the Partner in managing client relationships and staff
Handle a split of advisory and review of compliance work, focusing on client relationships and strategic guidance to clients
Drive workflow meetings, train, and mentor team members
Provide diverse business advisory services, including structuring, due diligence for acquisitions and CFO advisory.
Oversee client deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes
Mentor and guide accounting staff within the pod

What We Are Looking For

CPA/CA qualified
Ability to work remotely with monthly travel to Brisbane; based in QLD
Experience leading or mentoring a small team
Strong technical knowledge in tax and the opportunity to build on your advisory skills
High level of initiative, organisation, and attention to detail
