About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 2–3+ years' experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
  • Experience in Business Services and Tax.
  • A relevant accounting degree with solid academic results.
  • Commenced or planning to commence CA or CPA studies.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client service.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to build a long-term career in public practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, and FBT returns.
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients.
  • Assist with tax planning and advisory projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Develop your consulting and advisory skills through structured mentoring and training.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and high-performing team environment.
