About the Company

Our client is a highly progressive and dynamic accounting firm offering holistic services across tax compliance, business advisory, family office, financial planning, bookkeeping, and corporate finance.
You will be part of a collaborative Business Services and Tax Advisory team led by experienced Directors with Big 4 and mid-tier backgrounds. The firm services a diverse portfolio including large family groups, corporates, and high-profile individuals.

The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to continue developing their technical skills while gaining exposure to more complex client structures and advisory work.
You will work closely with Managers and Directors, gaining mentorship and hands-on experience across a broad client base while progressing through your CA/CPA studies.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, and trusts
• Assist with tax planning and advisory work including CGT, GST, and structuring
• Support the management of client portfolios and build strong relationships
• Assist in client meetings and ongoing client communication
• Maintain ATO, client, and internal deadlines
• Contribute to workflow improvements and team initiatives

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (essential)
• Currently studying or planning to commence CA/CPA
• Experience within an Australian public practice firm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
