Assist the Manager in managing a diverse client portfolio ranging from high-net-worth individuals through to ASX listed clients. Gain broad exposure across a variety of industries, including agribusiness, medical, retail, manufacturing, and more. Attend client meetings alongside Managers and Partners, contributing to advisory discussions and building strong client relationships.

- Exposure to a diverse client base, including startups, ASX-listed companies and large national groups with turnovers exceeding $200m
- CA/CPA support including mentoring, full reimbursement, study materials and 2 days study leave
- Up to 2 days work from home following a settling-in period
- Regular social events including quarterly functions, EOFY celebrations and Christmas parties
- Strong track record of internal progression, with multiple Directors having started as Graduates
- Outstanding training and development, including monthly tax updates and sessions delivered by banking and legal experts
About the Role
Assist the Manager in managing a diverse client portfolio ranging from high-net-worth individuals through to ASX listed clients. Gain broad exposure across a variety of industries, including agribusiness, medical, retail, manufacturing, and more. Attend client meetings alongside Managers and Partners, contributing to advisory discussions and building strong client relationships.
- Prepare financial statements, BAS/IAS, and tax returns
- Assist Managers with tax planning and business advisory services
- Attend client meetings with Managers and Partners
- Liaise with clients to gather information and respond to general queries
About You
- Previous Australian public practice experience
- Degree qualified and currently (or willing) to undertake CA or CPA
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
