The Opportunity:
Our client is a highly reputable professional services firm with approx. 100 staff in Brisbane, and a national presence across Australia. They are seeking a Financial Accountant to support the Financial Controller.
This will be a hands-on position across all aspects of finance including reporting, month-end/year-end processes, payroll, accounts work, and general ad hoc finance duties.

This will be a hands-on position across all aspects of finance including reporting, month-end/year-end processes, payroll, accounts work, and general ad hoc finance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- End of month and year end reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Preparation and reconciliations of financial accounts
- Assist with the financial operations of the business, including accounts payable and accounts receivables, and payroll
- Statutory compliance including PAYG, BAS, FBT and Payroll Tax
- Strengthen financial accounting procedures and systems
- CA/CPA qualified
- ERP experience is essential
- Positive, adaptable and agile personality
- Experience within a professional services industry is highly regarded
- Stable work history
- Strong communicator who enjoys liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Enjoy being hands on with finance and working within a team
