Our client is a successful boutique financial planning firm based in Brisbane CBD. They specialise in providing tailored financial advice to their clients, with a focus on insurance and superannuation.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their thriving team.

The role:
Be a point of contact for clients and maintain client relationships
Provide full adviser support
Maintain files and database records
Perform all relevant administration tasks in accordance with Financial Planning
Arrange client appointments
Prepare review paperwork for Adviser / client review meeting
Ensure the preparation of all paperwork necessary to complete recommended strategies
Complete advice implementation
Proof read Statements and Records of Advice
About you:
3+ years experience in a Client Services Officer/admin role within financial planning
Have previous experience dealing with insurance and superannuation advice
Experience dealing with insurance providers and obtaining client policy details/reports online
Experience dealing with insurance applications and amendments
Worksorted software experience ideal
Able to multitask and prioritise
High attention to detail
Familiar with Statement's of Advice and their implementation
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Salaries are dependent on experience but will be circa $65,000 - $70,000 + Super.
