We have partnered with a well established financial services firm who are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support its growing financial planning team. You’ll manage client administration, maintain adviser workflow, and help deliver a high quality client experience within a collaborative team.

We have partnered with a well established financial services firm who are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support its growing financial planning team. You’ll manage client administration, maintain adviser workflow, and help deliver a high quality client experience within a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage client documentation
- Process applications, rollovers and transactions
- Maintain and update client records in Xplan
- Support advisers with meeting prep and follow ups
- Liaise with product providers and internal teams
- Deliver high level client service and communication
- Experience in financial planning support roles, ideally 2 years minimum
- Strong knowledge of Xplan or similar CRM
- Understanding of super, investments and the advice process
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with clients
