About the role
We have partnered with a well established financial services firm who are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support its growing financial planning team. You’ll manage client administration, maintain adviser workflow, and help deliver a high quality client experience within a collaborative team.
   
Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage client documentation
• Process applications, rollovers and transactions
• Maintain and update client records in Xplan
• Support advisers with meeting prep and follow ups
• Liaise with product providers and internal teams
• Deliver high level client service and communication

Skills & Experience

• Experience in financial planning support roles, ideally 2 years minimum
• Strong knowledge of Xplan or similar CRM
• Understanding of super, investments and the advice process
• High attention to detail and organisation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with clients
