- Prepare client meetings and advice documentation
- Manage advice implementation end to end
- Support advisers with day to day client service
- Complete compliance tasks including FDS and OSAs
- Maintain accurate records and workflows in Xplan
- Background in financial planning or advice support
- Experience with Xplan or similar advice systems
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Organised, proactive approach to client service
- Positive attitude and long‑term career focus
- Clear career progression and development pathways
- Ongoing training and professional support
- Supportive, collaborative team environment
- 1 day WFH after probation (flexible approach)
