The Client Services Officer role sits at the heart of the advice process, supporting advisers across implementation, compliance, and client engagement. The position can be tailored to individual strengths and offers clear growth pathways over the next 3 – 5 years.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare client meetings and advice documentation
  • Manage advice implementation end to end
  • Support advisers with day to day client service
  • Complete compliance tasks including FDS and OSAs
  • Maintain accurate records and workflows in Xplan
Skills & Experience
  • Background in financial planning or advice support
  • Experience with Xplan or similar advice systems
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
  • Organised, proactive approach to client service
  • Positive attitude and long‑term career focus
