About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Officer (CSO) with at least 2+ years’ experience to join a respected and reputable firm with over 40 years in the industry. The role is ideally suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in financial planning, with a pathway into the Professional Year.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the broader team, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process, managing client administration, and ensuring a high standard of client service and implementation.
  • Support Financial Advisers with client service and administration
  • Maintain accurate client records, data entry, and account management
  • Prepare client documentation, reports, and meeting materials
  • Implement advice including applications, transactions, and account updates
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams
  • Manage workflow, deadlines, and ongoing client review requirements
You will also contribute as an active team member by participating in meetings, ongoing training, and maintaining open communication across the business.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Client Services Officer or similar role within financial planning
  • Relevant financial planning studies (completed or in progress)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Interest in progressing toward a Financial Adviser career (PY pathway)
