With continual growth in their financial services division, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. The role is highly involved with the clients, giving you more exposure to the industry. It will be ideal for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, articulate and efficient professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
Be a point of contact for clients and respond to client enquiries
Provide full adviser support to all advisers
Assist with preparation and implementation of documents (SOA's & ROA's)
Liaise with product providers and other third parties
Manage your own and others workflow to meet deadlines
About You
1+ years experience as a Client Services Officer or admin role within Financial Planning industry
Prior experience working with XPLAN is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Willing to learn and keep up to date with industry trends
Enjoy working in a team environment
