Client Services Manager

About the role
This role supports a high performing advice team by managing client service delivery, preparing documentation, maintaining workflow accuracy, and assisting advisers with strategy development. You’ll work closely with Financial Planners, paraplanners, and leaders across the business.

This role offers strong exposure to the full advice process and is well suited to someone looking to progress into paraplanning, a Professional Year (PY) pathway, or a senior support position.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage client service delivery from review preparation through to implementation
  • Maintain strong client relationships 
  • Coordinate workflows, deadlines, and follow-ups 
  • Support advisers and assist with strategy development
  • Maintain accurate client records and compliance processes in Xplan
  • Collaborate with advisers and paraplanners to ensure timely delivery
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in client services within financial planning (CSO or CSM level)
  • Strong working knowledge of Xplan and advice workflows
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications (completed or in progress)
  • Exposure to holistic advice and complex client structures (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
