Client Service Administrator

 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to a team of Accountants
  • Diary management and scheduling appointments
  • Preparation of documents and correspondence on behalf of Accountants
  • Deal directly with clients on behalf of Accountants
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Liaise with the ATO and ASIC to undertake associated duties
  • Contribute to process and system improvements
  • Reception duties
  • Undertake general administrative duties as required
 About You:
  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • You will love working with clients
  • Must have experience working on Xero
  • You will be proactive being conscious of deadlines
  • Your attention to detail will be exceptional
  • You enjoy making a positive contribution to a broader team
