The Role
This is a role which will provide support to a team of accountants. It's an all encompassing administration position and one which you can truly own! You will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Incoming & Outgoing Mail
  • Compilation of Client Reporting Packs
  • Database management
  • Company setup and ASIC management
  • Archiving/Filing/Scanning
  • Client meeting room preparation
  • Kitchen duties
  • Ordering office & kitchen supplies
  • Data entry
  • Assistance with general administration duties
  • Assisting with projects
Requirements
To be considered for this role it is imperative that you have experience working in the public practice accounting sector.  Only candidates with this background will be considered. You must also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
  • Experience using Xero and XPM
  • Ability to build successful client relationships
