With a mix of long term onshore and offshore team members, the business is structured to allow senior staff to focus on high-value advisory work and compliance review.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow, team performance, and client relationships
• Lead client review and advisory meetings (no hands-on compliance)
• Provide strategic advice on business structuring and small business concessions
• Collaborate with the financial planning team on year-end and interim client meetings
• Oversee a team of 8 onshore staff and offshore accountants

Ideally you will need:

• CA/CPA or equivalent with 8 plus years in public practice and proven leadership experience
• Strong technical and advisory skills
• Xero and BGL360 or equivalent with exposure to SMSF review  
• Career driven with excellent relationship building skills
