The firm has invested heavily in its support structure, including a highly skilled offshore team operating at the equivalent of Senior Accountant level in Australia, who manage the majority of compliance preparation work. In addition, dedicated Client Service Coordinators handle administrative tasks, allowing accountants to focus on client relationships, advisory work and value-added services.

About the Role
Assist two Senior Managers and an Associate Director with a diverse client portfolio spanning the construction, hospitality and other industries. Gain exposure to complex group structures and clients with turnovers of up to $58 million. Within 6-12 months, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own client portfolio and manage client relationships independently.
- Prepare and review financial statements, BAS and income tax returns for a diverse client base.
- Assist with a range of advisory services, including tax planning, business structuring and strategic advice.
- Attend client meetings alongside Directors and Managers, gaining direct exposure to client relationships and advisory discussions.
- Progress into managing your own client portfolio within 6-12 months of joining the firm.
About You
- Previous Australian public practice accounting experience
- Currently undertaking CA/CPA
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
