The Opportunity

• Independently manage a large portfolio of individual tax compliance work
• Advise and provide technical guidance to the individual return client base of professionals
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, reviewing work
• Contribute to team stability, workflow improvements, and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

• Ability to manage individual tax returns end-to-end
• Confidence in reviewing more junior staff
• Basic Mandarin language skills (not essential)
