OUR CLIENTS Our client is a fast-paced accounting firm, located on the northern end of the Sunshine Coast. They are currently seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to join them on a permanent basis! They are looking for an enthusiastic and professional administrator to join their team. Must have experience working in a public practice accounting firm. ABOUT THE ROLE This role is a varied one and would suit someone who enjoys being kept busy! As a CSA, it will be your responsibility to handle all administration duties on behalf of a team of Accountants. Your duties will include: Data Entry (tax returns and data for financial statements) Preparation and follow up of correspondence on behalf of accountants Liaising with ATO - lodging of documents, drafting correspondence and other duties as required Liaising with ASIC - including issuing annual company statements, completion of forms as necessary, registering/de-registering of companies Managing lodgment of tax returns and BAS Maintaining client database SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a public practice accounting firm.
